 50% Deposit must be pay for Custom made order.

Consider the items you wish to purchase carefully.. Once order is confirmed and reserved by Herveil By Fiza's, items are in pending payment period and considered as good as sold..

Payment must be settled within 24 hours upon receiving confirmation email from us. Herveil By Fiza's will reserve the item as pending payment.. If payment has not been made within this period, the item status will be release to AVAILABLE automatically without notice! and ur name will be blacklist..

Prices stated are NON-NEGOTIABLE. Fixed price for item on sale..

Price shown does NOT include shipping charges.

Items have been sold are not exchangeable or returnable or refundable.

All items are BRAND NEW..

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged incurred during shipping..
I only provide tracking number for your reference.

Items will be send out every Tuesday/ Thursday/ Sunday - so please arrange for ur payment accordingly (with the exception public holidays). Delivery is approximately working days within 1 - 2 days.

Please include my email herveil.byfiza@gmail.com on recipient's email address for the 3rd party transfer before completing transaction, so that I can receive the automated notification. Otherwise, you can also print-screen the transaction slip and send the image to my email. This is for secure you payment.

if u using, Cash deposit
Send me an email confirmation which tie back to your invoice given earlier with the attachment of payment proof (Please snap or scan ur receipt) .
